Challenge: Post acquisition division carveout presented extremely short timeline to get data out of legacy ERP system and into data warehouse. The business could not function withough ongoing access to this data. At the same time, it was critical to quickly establish operational reporting necessary to drive decision making within the enterprise.
Solution: Quickly establish data warehouse and pipelines necessary to port legacy ERP data into Allveri data platform – rapidly define, develop and deploy reporting and insights necessary to drive decision making allowing for ongoing and effective management of the carved out entity.
