Removing manual reporting to enable growing complexity.
25+ hours of manual Excel work back every week, for a multi-entity home services operation scaling toward acquisitions.
Growing complexity. Manual reporting.
“The numbers depended on who ran the report.”
Reporting was decentralized and Excel-based: heavy manual effort, no governance, and inconsistencies multiplying across teams and tenants. Operational data lived in ServiceTitan; financial data lived in Sage Intacct; nothing connected day-to-day activity to financial outcomes in a single view. Every added tenant added logic, and every acquisition on the roadmap would add more. The process wasn’t going to survive the company’s own growth plan.
- The trigger
- Leadership needed consistent, reliable reporting across operations, finance, and executive management — and had the opposite. Acquisitions ahead — and a reporting process that added risk with every tenant it absorbed.
- The core problem
- Operations and finance in separate systems, reconciled by hand, with definitions that shifted by team.
- What leadership needed
- One set of numbers the whole organization could act on — durable enough to carry future growth.
The engagement
Every tenant runs on the same model.
Allveri built one data model for every tenant, on the definitions operations and finance actually use, in a dedicated Snowflake environment, with every business rule written down and version-controlled.

01
The build
- Rather than imposing a reference architecture, Allveri started from how the systems actually disagreed. ServiceTitan's operational reality and Sage Intacct's financial structure disagree in a dozen quiet ways, and each tenant carried its own logic. Allveri found the threads that connect them, formalized those threads, and made every rule explicit and documented.

02
The reporting layer
- Standardized Power BI reporting followed — operational views, financial views, executive views — all reading from the same governed layer. The build was deliberately repeatable: each future tenant or acquisition lands on the same foundation, not a new spreadsheet.
The outcome
A source of truth that scales with the business.
The foundation was built with what's next in mind. Future acquisitions, expanded reporting, and more advanced analytics land on the same governed infrastructure.
The company runs on one set of numbers that connects operations to financial outcomes. Analysis is faster, decisions carry more confidence, and the data itself surfaced cross-tenant inconsistencies that leadership used to standardize processes.
- Retired
- Excel-based manual reporting, replaced by centralized governed dashboards — 25+ hours a week back
- Every tenant
- Consistent reporting definitions across all teams and entities
- Ops + Finance
- ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct connected in one analytical layer
- Acquisition-ready
- New entities onboard onto the same governed model — in weeks, not a re-implementation
