Allveri runs this site, allveri.com. This page explains what the site collects about you, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you visit the site

The site is hosted on a DigitalOcean server in the United States. Like most web servers, it keeps an access log of each request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and the browser you used.

We use these logs to keep the site secure and to fix problems. They stay on the server, and older entries are cleared once the log reaches a set size.

If an address floods the site or tries to break in, an automated security tool may block that address for a while.

When you contact us

The Book a Demo form on our contact page asks for your first and last name, your company, your work email, your phone number if you choose to give it, and a description of the systems you run.

When you send the form, your message is emailed to our team through Microsoft 365 and kept in that mailbox. We use it to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. The site keeps a copy of that notification email in its mail log for up to 30 days, so we can confirm it was delivered, and then deletes it automatically. We do not sell what you send.

The form also runs an invisible spam check. It records nothing about you.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site loads Google Tag Manager, which runs Google’s Ads conversion tag. That tag is Google’s, not ours: Google may set a cookie in your browser to measure whether a visit led to a form submission, and handles it under Google’s privacy policy. We set no cookies ourselves and see only conversion counts, never who converted.

You can stop Google’s measurement by blocking cookies for this site in your browser, or by changing your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com. We hold no account or profile for you, so there is nothing for us to switch off on our side.

Apart from the cookies described above, the site sets no cookies for visitors. Our page cache and security tools set none.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email contact@allveri.com with your request.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

California residents

Allveri does not sell personal information. Google’s advertising measurement described above may count as sharing under California law; the controls above are how to stop it.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
